Caffeine intake calculator

Consuming large amounts of caffeine during pregnancy can increase the risk of complications, such as miscarriage or low birthweight. Guidelines from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommend a limit of 200 milligrams of caffeine a day. This tool lets you insert all the beverages you drank or intend to drink, to determine if the amount of caffeine is safe for your growing baby.
